Branch Manager
We are looking for a Branch Manager in Turkey for one of our clients, a world leader in surface engineering located in more than twenty countries. The company is specialized in tribology and surfaces engineering, Nitriding thermochemical treatments and under vacuum coatings (PVD /PACVD).
Branch manager’s profile:
Age: 35 – 50
Connected (Reporting) to the Area Manager based in France, the Branch Manager will have to follow the jobbing subsidiaries in Turkey on the operational and commercial level (jobbing subsidiaries offers surface treatment service to external customers).
Missions:
> Ensuring the profitability of subsidiaries
> Developing the presence and turnover by carrying out Commercial / Marketing actions with customers and technical decision centers, in connection with an International sales team
> Managing the investments
> Satisfy and follow current customers
> Manage staff – Team of about 10 to 20 people (Including Production Manager, Quality Control, Workers, and Accounting)
> Establishment and respect of the group’s strategy, and be force of proposal in the strategy in Turkey
> Monitoring and compliance with standards (Quality system, compliance with environmental standards, compliance with laws, etc.).
Required qualifications of the candidate:
> Experience in a similar function (even out of the surface treatment / heat treatment), as well as experience in industrial unit management.
> Experience in sales or sensibility to sales of technical solutions
> The candidate will speak English, ideally French, and compatible with the European mentality.
> Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer or Metallurgy Engineer,
> Good knowledge of the industrial market in Turkey (Automotive, Construction Equipment,..)
> Motivated, Autonomic, Open-minded, Well-organized, Good Technical / Mechanical knowledge.
